Updated sexual harassment provisions under the Equality Act 2010:

The Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Bill received Royal Assent on 26th October 2023 and is due to come into force in Great Britain exactly one year later on 26th October 2024. The Act places a positive duty on employers to take “all reasonable steps” to prevent sexual harassment of internal staff, job applicants and temporary agency workers they supply (or that are supplied to them) in the course of their work.
