The Interview Day Support service is designed for businesses who want experienced recruitment input during the interview stage.
Interviewing can feel straightforward on the surface, but when candidates are strong, similar, nervous, over-rehearsed or difficult to compare, it can be hard to make a confident decision. This service gives you practical support on the day so the process feels more structured, consistent and commercially focused.
We can support you with the interview process by helping to keep the conversation focused, asking relevant follow-up questions, assessing candidate fit against the role, and giving recruiter-led feedback before final decisions are made.
This is particularly useful if you are interviewing for a business-critical role, replacing a long-standing employee, recruiting for a role that has already proved difficult, or involving several managers who may have different views on what “good” looks like.
The aim is not to take over the decision. It is to help you interview properly, compare candidates more objectively and avoid making a rushed or uncertain appointment.
